Location: Centennial, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM; schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance with two formats: fixed facility for the week or Just-In-Time assignment

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to adult-geriatric patients in a dynamic MS/Tele float pool across multiple facilities
Monitor telemetry and manage patients with cardiac, neuro, oncology, renal, and surgical conditions
Titrate heparin drips as ordered
Float between facilities within Zone 1 (Colorado Springs area) based on staffing needs
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient ratios
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled

Qualifications

2 years of MS/Tele experience required
Prior neuro experience preferred
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Willingness to float within 60-mile radius and accommodate flexible scheduling

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
Proficiency in titration of heparin and other IV medications
Excellent adaptability and communication for floating across units and facilities
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet weekend requirements
