Location: Boise City, Idaho

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $72 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
Assist surgeons during operative procedures
Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are ready and accounted for
Monitor and maintain aseptic technique throughout surgeries
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
BLS certification required
Recent experience in an operating room setting
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques
Understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
