Shift Type: Rotating shifts including every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotation; 36 hours/week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray and MRI scans including brain, MRCP, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
Operate GE and Toshiba imaging equipment with precision and care
Start IVs as needed for contrast studies
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and lead technologist to ensure accurate imaging
Float to Mercy Southwest location (approx. 6.5 miles away) when required
Participate in on-call rotation with 30-minute response time

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Current ARRT certification required
Valid BLS certification from AHA
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in X-ray and MRI imaging techniques
Familiarity with Radnet and Merge Unity PACS systems
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to float between facilities as needed
