Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to orthopedic patients, focusing on upper extremity rehabilitation including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures.
Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Oregon (active and in good standing)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience with emphasis on upper extremity rehabilitation
Experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow rehabilitation

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and upper extremity assessment and treatment
Proficient in ReDoc documentation for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Knowledge of shoulder, wrist, and elbow pathologies and treatment techniques
Lymphedema training is a plus
