Location: Fort Morgan, CO
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts, flexible scheduling)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients with conditions such as developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic issues
- Schedule and manage your own patient caseload with flexibility
- Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care evaluations
- Utilize warm water therapy pool for specialized treatments
- Collaborate with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA and supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Physical Therapy license required
- Current BLS certification
- Some pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in outpatient pediatric and adult therapy
- Proficiency with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
