Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient patients
Treat a variety of cases including fractures, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, neuro conditions, and wound care
Collaborate with a highly supportive nursing and therapy team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Precept new staff and share your expertise as needed by the unit
Maintain accurate patient documentation and meet daily treatment hour goals

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings (preferred)
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy protocols
Proficiency in wound care management and vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) therapy
Expertise in orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation
Strong patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
