Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, rotating days; 36 hours/week
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital policies and standards of practice
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- Active Alaska RN license is required
- Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg experience with strong critical thinking skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- HS AED certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations
- Strong nursing process and primary nursing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
