Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; on-call required 24/7 including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of both the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide pre-procedure and recovery care for cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR patients
Support bedside procedures and administer moderate sedation
Enhance nursing competency and foster a positive team culture
Manage nursing staff, including scheduling and performance
Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours and weekend emergencies

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of clinical experience
1 year of management experience in a healthcare setting
1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, CRRT (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in critical care and telemetry monitoring
Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips
Experience with titratable drips (vasoactive drugs, sedation, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of fluoroscopy for technical staff is a plus
