Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Oversee daily operations and staffing assignments
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for the nursing team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Respond to emergencies and provide immediate clinical guidance

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expert clinical assessment and decision-making
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Leadership and team management
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards
