Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide telemetry and cardiac care to a diverse patient population
Monitor and interpret cardiac strips, titrate drips as ordered
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage PCU-level overflow patients with a 1:3 ratio
Float to PCU, MS, or ER holds as needed to support the unit

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 1 year recent PCU or telemetry experience
Proficiency in reading cardiac strips
EPIC experience preferred
First-time travelers welcome

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac and telemetry knowledge
Ability to titrate cardiac drips (Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, etc.)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
