Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (36 hours per week, typical 3 shifts per week)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions and symptoms
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
Provide therapeutic milieu management including group and individual therapy
Perform admission assessments and discharge planning
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications

Valid New Hampshire RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2-year Associates degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
1 year previous nursing experience preferred
Medical terminology required
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and communication skills

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing (required)
Diploma from a 3-year Nursing program (acceptable)
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)

Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Medical Terminology
Point Click EMR
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
