Shift Type: Per Diem, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Document patient care accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Medication administration and IV therapy skills
Electronic health record proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
