Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in an urgent care setting
Assess patient conditions, perform triage, and initiate appropriate treatments
Administer medications, wound care, and other procedures as ordered
Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up instructions
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the EHR

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Experience in urgent care, emergency department, or fast-paced clinical setting
Ability to work independently and make quick, sound clinical decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in IV starts, phlebotomy, and wound care
Knowledge of urgent care protocols and procedures
Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Team-oriented with a patient-first attitude
