Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry readings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Patient-centered approach with a focus on safety and quality
