Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, day shift (exact times may vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT scans for diagnostic imaging
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications

Valid ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiography
Current California state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in PET/CT imaging preferred
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET/CT scanner operation and image acquisition
Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical handling and administration
Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
