Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of outpatient orthopedic patients
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a small-town clinic
Assist with acute care patients when needed to showcase your versatility
Document patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapy license (not required at submission, but must obtain before start)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent
Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting
Acute care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to manage 10-12 patients per day in a 10-hour shift
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to cover acute care if needed
