Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, or general rehabilitation
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current PT techniques
Excellent manual therapy and patient assessment skills
