Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care consistent with facility policies and LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per protocol
Perform routine assessments, report changes in patient condition promptly, and escalate concerns
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record and follow charting standards
Support safe patient transfers, infection control practices, and unit workflows to ensure excellent care

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Comfortable with basic medication administration, injections, wound care, and patient monitoring
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and vital-sign monitoring
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and accurate charting
Time management, triage prioritization, and clear patient communication
