Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
Document assessments, interventions and patient responses clearly in the chart
Collaborate with RNs, providers and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support patients and families with education, empathy and clear communication

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfort working 12.5-hour shifts and providing consistent, reliable coverage
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-focused attitude

Education

LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in administering medications and basic treatments
Familiarity with vital sign monitoring and common nursing assessments
Competent documentation in electronic health records
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Ability to prioritize care and escalate concerns appropriately
Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families and the care team
