Location: Brattleboro, Vermont

Start Date: 06-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 or 48 hours guaranteed, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs
Utilize the nursing process to deliver complex care for pediatric behavioral health patients
Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers ensuring safe therapeutic delivery
Float across multiple units to support children and adolescents in crisis
Take charge shifts as scheduled to lead the care team
Support patients through co-occurring psychiatric and substance use recovery

Qualifications

Active Vermont or Compact LPN license
American Heart Association BLS certification
CPI certification (offered onsite)
5 years of LPN experience with recent inpatient child psych experience
Recent children's unit experience within the last 6 months
Willingness to float and take charge shifts

Child and adolescent behavioral health care
Co-occurring disorders treatment
