Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse during assigned shifts
Administer medications accurately and document all care in the medical record
Monitor patients' condition and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary team
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and daily care activities to ensure smooth transitions
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to maintain high standards of care
Maintain clear, accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia license required or eligibility to obtain one)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Demonstrated clinical skills in medication administration and basic nursing care
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a care team
Previous LPN experience in acute or long-term care preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical monitoring
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Infection control and safe patient handling
Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
