Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with on-call rotation 1-2 weekends per month and 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform specialized interventional radiology procedures with precision and care
Operate fluoroscopy equipment and ensure optimal image quality for diagnostic accuracy
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner electronic medical records system
Prepare patients and equipment for complex IR procedures while ensuring safety protocols

Qualifications

Current ARRT-VI certification required
Active California state license as a Radiologic Technologist
Current BLS certification
Fluoro permit required
Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of interventional radiology procedures and protocols
Proficiency in fluoroscopy equipment operation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in high-stakes clinical environments
Ability to respond quickly during on-call situations
