Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, varies; call required with 30-minute response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in the Cath Lab and IR suites
Assist cardiologists and interventional radiologists with coronary and peripheral cases, including STEMI interventions
Operate advanced imaging equipment such as Siemens and Phillips systems
Manage critically ill patients and support hemodynamic monitoring
Utilize specialized devices including IABP, Impella, rotablator, laser, and IVUS
Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety during procedures

Qualifications

ARRT certification required
Fluoroscopy certification required
Must have experience with coronary, balloon pump, and Impella
Prior travel experience preferred but not necessary
All MyJourney modules must be completed before arrival
Comfortable working with critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Merge Hemo system (preferred)
Experience with peripheral and coronary circulation
Familiarity with laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, IABP, FFR, and angiojet
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
