Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams and X-Ray studies with attention to patient safety and image accuracy
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
• Assess patient needs, prepare patients for procedures, and provide compassionate care throughout imaging processes
• Follow established imaging protocols and adjust techniques as needed for optimal diagnostic outcomes
• Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and communicate findings to the care team as appropriate
• Respond promptly while on-call and provide reliable, independent decision-making in urgent imaging situations

Qualifications

• Radiologic Certification required
• Proven experience performing CT and X-Ray imaging
• Ability to work independently and manage a full scope of imaging responsibilities
• Willingness to be on-call, work weekends and holidays, and accept overtime
• Must be within 20 minutes of the hospital while on-call
• Flexible and adaptable to changing shift needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray imaging techniques and safety protocols
• Familiarity with imaging equipment operation and routine troubleshooting
• Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal communication
• Ability to follow imaging protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
