Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM with potential weekend coverage

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality echocardiograms that help physicians diagnose and treat heart conditions
Collaborate with cardiologists and care teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records for every patient encounter
Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and ready for each procedure
Provide compassionate care while explaining procedures to patients and easing their concerns

Qualifications

ARDMS or RCS certification required
Minimum three years of practical experience in echocardiography
Training from an accredited Cardio-Vascular program
COVID-19 and flu vaccination required
Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in performing echocardiograms and vascular studies
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients
Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and imaging software
Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
