Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct care to residents, brightening their days
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create positive outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Reliable transportation to Smethport facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy
Basic clinical skills for resident support
Excellent communication with patients and team
Attention to detail in documentation
