Shift Type: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, Call, Weekends, Holidays, No Block Scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms with precision and care for every procedure
Assist surgeons during Level 1 trauma and burn cases with confidence
Maintain sterile fields and ensure patient safety at every step
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver outstanding outcomes
Handle instruments and supplies efficiently under high-pressure situations

Qualifications

Current CST certification required
Travel experience strongly preferred
Level 1 Trauma experience highly valued
Burn experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical protocols
Ability to thrive in fast-paced trauma environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Quick thinking and adaptability during emergencies
