Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Document progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients
Create a warm, encouraging environment that motivates recovery

Qualifications

Active COTA license in Montana
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and rehabilitation techniques
Ability to follow treatment plans and document outcomes
Team player with a positive attitude
