Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding and comfort measures with dignity and respect
Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the nursing team
Support accurate and timely documentation to ensure continuity of care
Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Ability to work the day shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Local candidates only (assignment noted as LOCAL ONLY)
Strong communication skills and a patient, caring attitude

Education

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of resident care and activities of daily living
Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
Infection control and safety awareness
Good teamwork, communication, and observational skills
