Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with warmth and efficiency
Coordinate scheduling to keep the clinic running smoothly
Room patients and support both front and back office needs as required
Assist the care team in delivering excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

Active MA-C certification required
Experience with front desk, scheduling, and clinic rooming preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and support both front and back office duties
