Location: Santa Maria, California

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with call coverage from 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM on weekdays and every other weekend from 3:30 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $93 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab and IR procedures with precision and care
Assist cardiologists during complex cases including STEMIs, pacemakers, and ablations
Float between Cath Lab, IR, and EP lab to support diverse patient needs
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and Xper systems
Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes
Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RCIS or ARRT certification required
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
EP lab experience preferred
Travel experience is a plus
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Cath Lab, IR, and EP procedures
Proficiency with Cerner and Xper systems
Ability to scrub and assist in a variety of cardiac and vascular cases
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and floating between departments
