Shift Type: 3x12 night shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during night shifts
- Oversee patient care ensuring every tiny patient thrives
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Mentor fellow nurses fostering a culture of excellence
- Monitor critical conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- DCI/BVP certification
- NICU experience required
- Leadership experience a must
Education
- RN degree from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert NICU nursing skills
- Strong leadership and team management
- Proficiency in neonatal critical care
- Excellent communication and decision-making
