Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with some pediatric cases through the ED
Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up in our level 2 nursery
Draw ABGs and set up BiPAP and ventilator treatments to support patient recovery
Assist with intubations and provide standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
Deliver nebulizer treatments and ensure patients receive top-notch respiratory support

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency
Ventilator skills and ability to work independently on night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Working collaboratively with a lead therapist on every shift
