Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to telemetry alerts
Provide compassionate bedside care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document assessments and interventions accurately and efficiently
Educate patients and families about cardiac health and recovery

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac rhythm interpretation
Telemetry monitoring equipment
Patient assessment and documentation
Interdisciplinary communication
Time management in fast-paced settings
