Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to geriatric and swing-bed patients in our 24-bed Acute Care unit
- Perform advanced wound care procedures and monitor patient progress with attention to detail
- Collaborate with an excellent, team-oriented staff to ensure seamless patient experiences in an affluent community setting
- Utilize Cerner documentation system to maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Provide concierge-level service while managing patient ratios of 6-7:1 with standard med/surg equipment
Qualifications
- Active RN license and BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric or inpatient rehab background
- Wound care experience strongly preferred
- ACLS and CPI certifications are a plus
