Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare patients for surgical procedures with care and compassion
Assist surgeons and the operating room team throughout each case
Monitor patient vitals and ensure safety before, during, and after surgery
Maintain sterile technique and support a smooth surgical workflow
Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois
BLS certification required
DCI/BVP certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile technique
Ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with surgical equipment and documentation systems
