Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care using the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation
Administer treatments and medications with precision and care
Interpret diagnostic tests to inform vital care decisions
Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
Educate residents and families to empower their health journey
Document care meticulously to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Skilled in administering treatments and medications
Expert at interpreting diagnostic tests
Strong collaborator with healthcare providers
Effective educator for residents and families

Benefits

30 pay increments rewarding up to 30 years of experience
