Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with weeknight, weekend, and holiday call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating and scrubbing support across four main OR suites plus Family Birth Center and Endo
Deliver compassionate care during gynecological, general, orthopedic, urological, ENT, and podiatry procedures
Collaborate closely with surgeons and the perioperative team to ensure every case runs smoothly
Respond to call within 20 minutes to support after-hours emergencies and keep patients safe
Float to other departments as a helping hand when needed and build cross-functional skills

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon license not required at submittal; 90-day emergency license available upon offer)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in gynecological cases including TLH procedures
Proven scrubbing skills as an RN
Comfortable with Meditech ORM documentation

Knowledge & Skills

Expert knowledge of OR nursing and sterile technique
Skilled in scrubbing for a wide range of surgical specialties
Familiarity with Meditech ORM electronic charting
Ability to handle call and respond within 20 minutes
Flexible and team-oriented approach to floating when needed
