Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care in the operating room
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
Ensure sterile environments and proper equipment handling
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
BLS certification required
Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

Operating room protocols and sterile technique
Surgical instrumentation and equipment
Patient safety and infection control
Team collaboration and communication
