Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM, with approximately 120 hours of call per contract

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care across a variety of surgical cases including General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics procedures
Collaborate with a dynamic OR team to ensure smooth case flow and patient safety
Respond to call within 30 minutes to support urgent surgical needs
Float within Zone 1 facilities when extreme needs arise, showcasing your adaptability
Mentor and support colleagues while gaining valuable Charge Nurse exposure

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of OR nursing experience with proven Trauma and Neuro skills
Charge Nurse experience preferred but not required
Epic EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile technique
Ability to remain calm and focused during high-acuity Trauma and Neuro cases
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and call requirements
