Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and collect comprehensive data about each patient's health to guide care decisions
Analyze assessment findings to identify diagnoses and develop individualized care plans
Implement evidence-based nursing interventions that promote health and safety
Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing wellness strategies
Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans to ensure the best possible results
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

Qualifications

Active Montana Registered Nurse license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
NRP certification
STABLE certification
Minimum one year of experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or ICU nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment and ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfort working varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality
Ability to integrate research and evidence into daily care
