Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care across multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
Float within a 60-mile zone to support various facilities and patient needs
Titrate Heparin drips and manage adult-geriatric patient populations
Collaborate with designated Charge Nurses and nursing assistants to deliver safe, high-quality care
Adapt quickly to different units and acuity levels while maintaining excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across multiple specialties
Experience with vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment
Comfortable working with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
