Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse Med Surg and Ortho population
- Manage a typical 6:1 patient ratio while collaborating with PCTs and unit secretaries
- Float to inpatient units, CCU, and ED as needed to support the broader care team
- Document accurately using Meditech and maintain clear communication with physicians
- Perform bedside procedures alongside providers and ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Active RN license and BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg or Ortho experience preferred
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Willingness to float and adapt to various units and patient needs
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Meditech documentation system
- Comfortable managing 6:1 patient ratios on busy Med Surg and Ortho units
- Skilled in teamwork strategies and delivering high-quality bedside care
- Flexible and ready to float to CCU and ED when needed
