Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to high-risk labor patients
- Assist with C-sections, inductions, and advanced monitoring procedures
- Monitor fetal heart rates and manage complex antepartum and postpartum cases
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and experienced nursing staff
- Deliver patient-centered care using the latest equipment and EMR systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license and at least 1 year of acute care hospital L&D experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification
- Preferred experience circulating C-sections and managing high-risk LDR patients
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN (GE) monitors
- Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems
- Oxytocin policy and high-risk labor protocols
- Team nursing approach with supportive leadership
