Shift Type: Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $105 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal well-being using AWHONN standards
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe deliveries
Document patient information accurately in EPIC
Respond quickly and confidently to changing patient needs

Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license
BLS certification required
AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
DCI/BVP certification
Proficiency in EPIC documentation system
Minimum one year of Labor and Delivery experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring interpretation skills
Excellent communication with patients and families
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-acuity situations
Team collaboration and quick decision-making
Accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
