Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patients to create individualized care plans that truly make a difference
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that respects each patient's dignity
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident and supported throughout their journey
• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to coordinate seamless patient care
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to arrhythmias with expert precision
• Manage ventilators, hemodynamic lines, and critical drips while keeping patients safe
• Champion patient safety by identifying risks and preventing errors before they happen
• Precept and mentor colleagues, helping the whole team grow stronger together

Qualifications

• Current active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification with ACLS required upon hire or within 60 days
• At least one year of med-surg experience preferred
• Previous telemetry experience required
• ICU experience is a plus
• CCRN certification preferred but not required

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and care planning abilities
• Skilled in medication administration and IV therapy
• Confident with telemetry monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation
• Experienced in mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay calm during emergencies
