Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
- Titrate critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Interpret telemetry strips and monitor patient rhythms with precision
- Manage arterial lines and support patients requiring high-flow oxygen therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed while maintaining PCU-level care standards
- Educate patients and families about medications and care plans with clarity and empathy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency in arterial line management
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on rotating day/night shifts
- Willingness to float to MedSurg or ICU units as needed
