Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterile and ready
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Scrub in for a variety of cases including total joints, general, spine, and uro surgeries
- Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- 1 year of full-time experience as a Surgical Tech
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
- Strong scrubbing skills and attention to detail
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Cerner EMR system
- Comfortable working in high-volume ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases
- Ability to work collaboratively with charge nurses and specialty leads
- Call coverage availability
