Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic therapy interventions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including pediatric PTAs and rehabilitation aides
Conduct evaluations and provide occasional support for acute inpatient needs
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Create meaningful connections with patients and families while delivering quality care

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in outpatient therapy settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy techniques and interventions
Outpatient therapy best practices
Treatment approaches for developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders
Orthopedic rehabilitation principles
Aquatic therapy experience with warm water pool modalities
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Documentation and clinical record keeping
