Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult patients on a busy 40-bed PCU unit
- Titrate cardiac and critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while managing arterial lines and complex patient conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient experiences and outcomes
- Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed to support patients at the PCU level of care
- Champion patient safety and satisfaction by focusing on responsiveness, communication, and environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Competency managing arterial lines and titrating cardiac drips
- Strong assessment, communication, and adaptability skills
- Willingness to float and embrace a flexible schedule
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
- Drip titration and arterial line management
- Care for cardiac, vascular, sepsis, stroke, dialysis, and respiratory patients
- Team collaboration and patient-centered communication
